However the current system of professional training in the country is not ready to provide this area with experts. OJSC “Russian Space Systems” – the head organization in the GLONASS system and the use of the earth remote sensing data – is creating a system of advance target training of experts in the application of satellite technologies. A key element of this system is the GLONASS educational center established and equipped in the framework of the Federal Target Program “Global Navigation System”. The training center is already now ready to provide continuous training of experts in monitoring transport in line with the tendencies of the transport industry development.
