The operator of the event is the company “Professional Conferences”, the organizers of the courses were the Federal Space Agency, OJSC “Russian Space Systems”, the GLONASS Educational Center, OJSC “GLONASS Navigation-Information Systems”, the Association “GLONASS/GNSS-Forum”, Moscow Aviation Institute, Ryazan State Radio Engineering University and the Foundation “Space-Education”. The professors from the leading universities of the country and highly skilled experts of the space-rocket industry delivered lectures on the fundamentals of global navigation satellite systems (GLONASS/GNSS) and systems of remote sensing of the Earth from the space.

This year 56 young specialists from Russia and the CIS have become students of the International School. Besides theoretical courses the visitors studied the course of the practical use of satellite navigation systems with real equipment when solving problems of geodesy, cadastre and land management, traffic management, monitoring of construction units and engineering constructions.
