JOHN TSCHOHL’S MASTER-CLASS

 

On Monday, August 27, according to the order of the magazine “General Director”, with the assistance of the company “Professional Conferences” at the Russian Agency of International Information “RIA Novosti” there took place a master-class of “guru of the service culture” John Tschohl “Service. Sales. Profit. Growth is Assured!”
During the master-class John Tschohl shared his experience, and also answered a number of topical questions concerning the service level.
The event was visited by more than 300 listeners, among which were general and commercial directors, and also owners of business.
John Tschohl is an American expert in service culture, the author of books and training programs. For more than 40 years he has been advising leading companies of the world on the introduction of service strategy. He graduated from University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. In 1979 he developed the first-ever program on training in customer relations for personnel. He is the founder and President of the company “Service Quality Institute”. More than 2 million persons in 40 countries of the world have been trained under his program. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Orators of the USA.
