Program of the 5th International School on Satellite Navigation is approved

The organizing committee has approved the program of the 5th International School on Satellite Navigation. The training program is a short-term refresher course that is designed for specialists in the field of developing, producing and using equipment and applications based on global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), teachers, postgraduates and students of related higher education institutions. 

There are new speakers joining earlier confirmed ones, among whom there are:

Yuriy Soloviev
, President of Russian Public Institute of Navigation. His topic: “Radio-Navigation Plan of the Russian Federation”

Vladimir Sviridenko, Technical Director of SPIRIT-Navigation LLC.  His topic: “High-Accuracy Positioning on the Basis of Mobile Apps for Smartphone/Tablet PCs”

Yakov Mykolnikov, Research Officer of  the Scientific Research Institute of Radio-Electronic Engineering of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. His topic: “Using GLONASS/GPS to Control Special-Purpose Robots”

Dmitry Isaev, Product Manager of SKAUT. His topic: “GLONASS against Traffic Accidents”

Oleg Kupervasser, CEO of Tranzist Video LLC. His topic: “Aerial Video Navigation for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Unmanned Ground Vehicles, Supporting to GPS/GLONASS and Inertial Navigation” 

Anatoly Surinov
, Deputy Head of the Department, Russian Space Systems JSC. His topic: “Mean Earth Orbit Segment for COSPAS Satellite-Based Search and Rescue System”

Alexander Zhodzishsky, Center Director of Russian Space Systems JSC. His topic:  “Using GNSS for High-Accuracy Monitoring of Engineering Construction and Earth Surface Displacements”

Alexei Muraviev, Head of the Secretariat of the Council of Chief Designers of Enterprises – Developers and Manufacturers of Navigation Equipment. His topic: “Developing the Domestic Market of GNSS Consumer Navigation Equipment”
