The Director of Marketing and Sales Oksana Belyaeva will deliver her speech titled “Telematics: Customer Experience”.
INTOUCH Smart Insurance is the first telematic system-based product on the Russian insurance market for individuals. Oksana will tell about INTOUCH’s portfolio of different consumer profiles to the wide audience.  The presentation will cover the launch of the product in the pilot format, challenges and solutions at this stage. She will also tell about the product commercial launch, present conclusions and the first results.
