Russian Agency for Development of Information Society (RARIO) was established on the initiative of heads of state and public institutions developing the information society in Russia at the beginning 2008. Establishing the organization was approved at the 2nd All-Russia Civic Forum. The goal of the organization is to contribute to the development of information society and civic initiatives in this sphere, to disseminate the best practices of the creation of e-government elements, to enhance information literacy and to form a national information culture, to promote information technologies in the business environment.

The conference will review practical examples of international experience in applying telematics systems in smart insurance programs, opportunities of their use to enhance the insurance business efficiency in Russia, as well as analyze factors holding back the growth of this type of insurance and discuss ways of solving these issues.
